I’m an anthropologist with 10+ years experience doing applied research in industry.
As a Senior Design Lead at IDEO, I manage multi-disciplinary teams through iterative design projects to help clients solve their most pressing challenges in a human-centered way.
I specialize in using social science to identify unmet customer and ecosystem needs that support strategic growth at the product and enterprise level.
An enormous amount of time and energy is wasted creating products and services that fail address any real human desire or need. I believe that by slowing down just a little bit to listen to people, later on we can move with more speed, with better ideas, and with higher confidence.
